The Dom Perignon Depositaire Club Gourmet Dinner

The Crown at Whitebrook is excited to announce it’s inclusion into the Dom Perignon Depositaire Club for 2007.  We have been selected as a Gourmet venue which showcases the best Dom Perignon has to offer matched with an exquisite menu prepared by Head Chef James Sommerin from his Michelin Star kitchen.

The Crown has been invited alongside the likes of Restaurant Gordon Ramsey, Tom Aitken, Le Gavroche and The Fat Duck amongst others as venues to host this event.

It will be held in a similar style to our regular Gourmet evenings and the menu will be carefully selected to match the Champagne.  James will be liaising directly with Dom Perignon’s own chefs in creating the menu to match each vintage. 

A Master of Wine from Dom Perignon will host the evening and talk about the subtleties, nuances and production of each of the Champagnes which the likes of include vintages from the famous Oenotheque selection.

This is a unique opportunity to taste some of the rarest and most highly regarded Champagnes in the world.
