Evenings 2007 Further Dates to be announced
AN EVENING OF DELICIOUS FOOD,
QUALITY WINES AND GREAT FUN
THE MENU
The evening will begin with Champagne and canapés
on arrival at 7.30pm. A specially created seven-course
gourmet menu will then be served at around 8pm. For
added intrigue and enjoyment no menus will be presented.
Instead guests will be invited to guess
the ingredients after each course and then a full
description of each dish is revealed.
THE WINE
Wines will be carefully selected and presented to
match each course along with a brief synopsis as to
why it was chosen to suit that dish.
THE AMBIENCE
The evening will be relaxed and informal. Guests will
be seated at one large table along with the wine guest
speaker which all adds to the fun and enjoyment of
the evening.
Dress is smart casual
Diners will also receive a signed copy of the menu
by Head Chef, James Sommerin.
