	Welsh Venison Centre The Welsh Venison Centre is in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park near the village of Bwlch in the beautiful county of Powys. A family firm established in 1985 by David Morgan, it is now run by his brother Andrew and his wife Elaine.
	Twist and Shout (Cape Town) Shout is located in the up and coming area of Woodstock, Cape Town. This vibrant and modern restaurant was once the site of an old biscuit mill. Now Shout has made this mill its home and is incorporating this industrial feel into its décor and reflecting it in it’s cooking.
	Tierra PR Tierra PR founder and managing director, Samantha Combes, was formerly Public Relations and Marketing Manager (for UK and Ireland) for Viña La Rosa, Chile. Samantha has spent more than ten years working in the wine trade, six years of which have been in Chile.
