Chef For A Day:
The experience begins at 10am with coffee and introduction to the team, followed by hands on preparation and lunch service. In the latter part of the afternoon enjoy a tutored wine tasting before returning to your room at leisure ready for the 6 course surprise menu with wines. Retire for a well-earned rest followed by a full welsh breakfast the next day.
